Alexander Ganelin

Born in 1957, Moscow, Russia.

1974 graduated from the First Moscow Art School, Russia.

1980 graduated from the All-Russian State University of Cinematography, Moscow.

1993 graduated from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.

Immigrated to Israel in 1991 and in 1999 opened his own art and design studio

(now – 5, Simtat Mazal Taleh, Old Jaffa).

...Once a Moscow child prodigy, he began to paint at an early age, graduating from the best Moscow art schools.
He is a subtle artist  that feels the beauty of nature. Impressionistic heritage is revived in his works
by a light, fine stroke of the brush that has the ability to engrave a unique moment.

...His creations oppose simple copying and are filled with expression where aesthetics hides tense thoughts and feelings...”
